Congratulations to Emma Andruss for winning the Grand Champion Trophy at the Texas Four Seasons Karate Championships. She did a tremendous job in her redition of Kyu Shin Kata Te Geri # 1.

Congratulations to the Integrity Competition Team for Sweeping wins throughout the 2010 year. The School not only took 1st place in the  4 Seasons Karate Championships competition but also set a record for total point wins accumilated since the 25+ years the Tournament has been in exsistance.

Rick Torres Sensei also recieved the Black Belt Competitor of the year award as well as Sensei of the Year awards for 2010
